tweetdeck is using Posterous to post everything online. Shouldn't you?

You always have options

Choice is good and that’s why we’re happy to give you another choice of photo sharing service with the addition of YFrog in the new version of TweetDeck

To change your settings and use YFrog to share your photos, simply click on ‘Settings’, then ‘Services’, then ‘YFrog’ to enable it. Plus you can watch our quick demo video to see with your own eyes exactly how to use YFrog.

It’s also easy to change your photo sharing service to YFrog on TweetDeck for iPhone by clicking on ‘Columns’ at the bottom of the screen, then ‘Settings’, choosing ‘Settings’ again and toggling to select YFrog as your picture sharing service of choice.

Nice work, have you thought about offering Posterous as an integrated photo sharing service?

What's the fix for a blank TweetDeck with unresponsive buttons? It's only like this on my home PC. Laptop and work PC work just fine.

I've cleared settings, uninstalled/reinstalled AIR and TweetDeck.

the one option i really want in tweetdeck, the absence of which keeps me going back to other apps, is the option of changing the font sizes. i have difficulty reading the small fonts on tweetdeck. getting old....

Syncing does not work for me. You have no way to see trending topics or nearby tweets. I am using 3 Twitter apps to cover all of this right now. Oh and it crashes on my iPhone more often than it works!

I wish there was a way we could have plugins so we could pick other choices like twitwall.com or tweetphoto.com, two services that are better IMHO

Tweetdeck for iPhone needs:
1. To be much more stable.
2. Trending topics.
3. Auto scroll to first new unread tweet at bottom of column (as twitterfon does).

Then it would be pretty much perfect, IMO.

4. Eliminate the grey bar w/ the two arrows from the bottom of the inline browser. It obscures photographs and is currently preventing me from hitting the comment button on this post.

Gotta get some things working for iPhone version.

1. Can not add people to groups on iPhone app, only desktop app. This is a problem for me since I don't use tweetdeck on my desktop. I use it solely on iPhone.

2. I found that if I disable the growl notifications, it crashes much less, so I'm thinking something needs to be fixed in regards to growl notifications.

3. When I go to show users in a group that I created, the list of following is about half of the twitterers I am following. In fact, sometimes the people THAT ARE IN the group don't show in the following list to add/remove. Another thing that has to be fixed if I want to solely use tweetdeck on the iPhone. This practically goes hand-in-hand with one. Even if all the people I am following did show in the list, I wouldn't be able to add them to the group, cause it crashes when I try. I'm only following around 300 people.

#1 and #3 are very important. I do not use the desktop Tweetdeck. The adobe air stuff is still not my cup of tea. However, the iPhone app is brilliant. Exactly what was needed, but needs some bug fixes, especially to the group stuff.

Thanks.

Really? We have options?

Where's the option to restore the unread counts?

How about the option that tells TweetDeck to open yfrog links in the browser instead of treating them special and ignoring my "Open photo links in browser" setting?

And the option to move the notification box somewhere out of the way? Or to use our own sound instead of your annoying one?

It's a shame the other desktop clients suck more than TweetDeck, leaving many of us without a realistic option of just ditching your product.

Couldn't be bothered to sign up for yet another account for something I'll only ever use once in order to post this on the "Feedback" site so I'll post it here.

I agree, like a lot of other people, that tabs need introducing to tweetdeck, I want more than 6 columns and I don't really want to have to scroll across them all. I do, however, like the look of tweetdeck and don't want to ruin it so I would maybe suggest:

A) The option to turn on a sidebar tabbed view where you click which tab you wish to view. (Similar to seesmic).
B). The option to run tweetdeck as it is now (to not lose 'customers'!)
C). The ability to do BOTH A & B, but having ONE column as a dynamic column (which will show whatever tab you clicked on) and having the ability to add normal columns to the side of it (thus keeping the general tweetdeck look, but allowing us (me specifically :D) the ability to have, technically, more than 6 columns without scrolling).

The lack of ability to fit any more columns onto my desktop is making me want to look elsewhere but the fact that tweetdeck is by far and away the best desktop twitter app (with umpteen features above the competition) I am reluctant to do so.

Regards,

Grant

Nice addition. I know this is fresh, but Flickr just came our with a feature that will let their users tweet pictures from their photostream. They do a nice, shortened URL (http://flic.kr) in tweets and it would be awesome if you could integrate the same kind of functionality for pictures there too. Keep up the great work.
