Then you must have figured out that since you added the preview function to post.ly links, if you click on a post.ly link in Tweetdeck the image will show up inside Tweetdeck without any indication or preview of the text that was included in the post. I always add a picture or two to my blogs and now I see that there's no way for followers using Tweetdeck to know that I'm sending out full blog posts and not just images and that they need to click all the way through to read. It means I had to start routing my Posterous blog through Feedburner to get goo.gl links instead. Although the fixes the problem, it detracts from the major benefit of posterous which is the control over each post's destination - now all of my posts have to go to Twitter, regardless.
Is there anyway to add the text portion of the post in the preview or somehow indicate to followers that there is text and that they should still click all the way through for the full text?
@Katie Like I said when I responded to your Feature Request in our forums, and the support ticket you raised, we are certainly looking to expand our Posterous functionality in future versions and we would hope that we could add your request in as part of that :)
